Nike is releasing a new color scheme for its ZoomX AlphaFly NEXT% 2 running shoe, the same shoe worn by Eliud Kipchoge when he set the world record in the marathon. The new color scheme features a predominantly black upper with contrasting swoosh logos. The underfoot tooling combines white and shimmering golden hues, giving the shoe a regal touch. The top half of the Industry-leading ZoomX foam has a gradient finish, while the bits closest to the exposed Zoom Air pods at the forefoot have a clean “colorless” finish. The traction underfoot is black rubber covering the wide forefoot area. Official photos of the shoe have been released, and it is expected to be launched soon on nike.com.

Eliud Kipchoge, a Kenyan marathon runner, is set to participate in the upcoming Berlin Marathon, and all eyes are on him. It is speculated that he will unveil the Nike AlphaFly 3 during the competition, marking his first race since the Boston Marathon. The Nike AlphaFly 2 is the shoe that Kipchoge wore when he set the world record in the marathon, and Nike continues to release new color schemes for it.

The ZoomX AlphaFly NEXT% 2 in the new color scheme features ATOMKNIT uppers in a predominantly black color. The simplicity of the uppers allows the swoosh logos to stand out. The underfoot tooling is the most noticeable feature of the shoe, with a combination of white and shimmering golden hues. The gradient finish on the top half of the ZoomX foam adds a regal touch to the shoe. The bits closest to the exposed Zoom Air pods at the forefoot have a clean “colorless” finish, allowing the surrounding areas to take the spotlight. The traction underfoot maintains the color scheme, with black rubber covering the wide forefoot area.

Official photos of the shoe have been released, and it is expected to be available for purchase soon on nike.com. Sneaker enthusiasts can keep an eye out for its launch and follow @kicksfinder on Twitter for live updates. In the meantime, Nike has also released new colorways for its Air Jordan line, so fans have plenty to look forward to in terms of new sneaker releases.
